What are the check-in and check-out times at Brama?

You can check-in from 15:00 and check-out is by 11.00.

Does the hotel provide early check-in or late check-out?

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Please contact the Brama team for further assistance. Please note additional charges may apply.

Can I arrange for amenities or gifts to be placed in the room?

Certainly. If you'd like to enhance your stay with special amenities such as a bottle of champagne, a bouquet of flowers, or a room upgrade, the Brama team will be delighted to assist. Whether it's a small or grand gesture, we're here to help you create memorable and unique experiences during your stay.

Do you have cots/cribs or extra beds for children?

Yes, cribs are available on request. To ensure we have a crib prepared for your stay, please inform the hotel in advance of your arrival. Please note that not all rooms are suitable for a crib or extra bed.

Do you have family/adjoining/interconnecting rooms?

We do not offer rooms that connect however the team will be more than happy to offer two rooms next to each other. Please contact the Brama team in advance of your stay to check availability.

Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?

Heathrow Airport  ​

By car – traffic dependant, the journey time to Heathrow airport is approximately one hour. ​

By public transport – The fastest option is a train from Bromley South to London Victoria, followed by the Circle line from Victoria to Paddington and then Heathrow Express from onto Heathrow. This journey will take approximately an hour and half.​

Gatwick Airport ​

By car – traffic dependant, the journey time to Gatwick airport is approximately 45 minutes to one hour.​

By public transport: The fastest option is a train from Bromley South to London Victoria followed by the Gatwick express. This journey should take approximately one hour.​

Biggin Hill Airport ​

By car - traffic dependant, the journey time to Biggin Hill airport is approximately 20 minutes.​

By public transport – the fastest option is the 320 bus from Stop K outside Bromley Old Town Hall. This journey should take approximately 30 minutes. ​

Brama is located on Court Street, 500 yards from the centre of Bromley. All distances are measured in straight lines. Actual travel distances may vary.

How do I find/enter the hotel?

Getting to our front doors 

The hotel is located down a quiet side street off Widmore Road called Court Street and is close to Bromley fire station.

Accessing the hotel

Access to the building can be achieved using either your mobile or physical key.

At the entrance from Court Street please tap your phone/key on the reader to the right side of the door.
Once within the property walk through the double doors into the hotel lobby. On turning left you will see the hotel entrance and the library.

To enter the hotel please tap your phone/key on the reader to the right of the door.

Entering your room

Once you have arrived at the door to your assigned room, please tap your mobile/key below the door number. The icon will turn green, and the door will unlock.

Do you allow dogs?

Yes, we are a dog-friendly hotel and welcome small to medium sized well-behaved pets. We have a number of dog-friendly rooms, which include a cosy dog bed, bowl and treats. Dogs are permitted in a dedicated area of our restaurant, Dorothy & Marshall, please inform us if your dog will be joining you when you make your reservation. Bromley sits south of the River Thames and is just a 15-minute train journey from central London. Popular with young families and commuting professionals alike, it offers access to outstanding parks and green spaces, a thriving shopping scene and numerous bars and restaurants.

The Glades

Packed with over 130 brands, this 30-year-old shopping centre has something for everyone. Alongside High Street favourites like Boots, Waterstones, H&M and Zara, the Glades also includes Regent Arcade, a parade of small boutique shops. For sustenance while shopping there’s a Wagamama, Byron Hamburgers and Ed’s Easy Diner.

The Bromley Antiques Market takes place every Thursday and is one of London’s most established weekly markets. Slightly further afield but still an excellent location for a day trip from Bromley, this park offers 250-acres to wander around and sits next to a 150-acre golf course for those looking for a more energetic activity.
